Exchanges and Returns
Due to covid-19 we can no longer handle exchanges or returns. This is for your protection and ours. We provide exact size guides and can always help you with sizing if needed so please contact us if you have any questions. Every garment is ordered in for you and custom made here, in south Jersey.
Sizing details
There is a manufactured size and color guide in the listing. Please be sure you read the guide. Please email us ahead of time with sizing questions. We hand make all of our items to order so please use the picture guides. Unisex/Men sizing runs bigger so in unisex/mens shirts be sure to order a size down if you want it more fitted.Customer service is open Monday-Friday from 7AM to 4PM. However we do our best to return emails after hours and on weekends.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We try to use the least amount of (environmentally conscious) packaging for each order. Our gift wrapping consists of a variety of bows, tissue, gift bags, and/or wrapping paper depending on the item / size of the item. Gift wrapping is $5.00 and we do ship direct.
Care instructions
We suggest washing and drying all of our items in cool temperatures and not using fabric softener as it does destroy clothing over time. Our designs should outlast the garment. Many of our customers do wash and dry in warm/hot temperatures including us but we recommend cool and all washing machines and dryers are different.
Shipment Times
We handmade all of our items within 5 business days. Holidays not included.
